Nearly 650 Horizon Air pilots, represented by Teamsters Local 1224, held informational pickets at SEA and BOI on 14 October. The union cites wages, staffing and training shortages, and says it has bargained for close to four years.

Around 40 pilots on SpiceJet's Q400 fleet have reportedly refused to fly until salary arrears are paid. ALPA India backed them in a 9 October letter, and SpiceJet has not commented.
