France's SNPL pilots' union has withdrawn its strike notice for October 1 and 2 at easyJet France after reaching a tentative agreement with management following weeks of negotiations. The deal focuses on scheduling stability, intended to improve pilots' work-life balance. The union said securing it required multiple strike notices and postponements together with determined mobilisation by pilots. The strikes had originally been planned for September 24 and 25 before being postponed to October 1 and 2. The proposed accord still has to be put to a vote of easyJet's pilot members before it becomes final. SNPL chose to lift its notice responsibly, without waiting for the result of the ballot.

The SNPL union withdrew its October 1-2 notice before members vote on the draft agreement. It had already postponed the action once from late September.
