Tigerair Taiwan has signed a five-year partnership with flydocs to digitise its aircraft technical records, an agreement concluded at MRO Asia-Pacific 2026 in Singapore. The airline will use flydocs' Digital Records Management Next Generation platform across its fleet of 17 aircraft. Tigerair Taiwan, Taiwan's first and only low-cost carrier, launched in 2014 and is part of the China Airlines Group. flydocs, founded in 2007 and wholly owned by Lufthansa Technik, has more than 300 employees and serves over 75 airlines, lessors and MROs. The deal was signed by Pierluigi Calù of Swiss AviationSoftware and Kevin Kuo of Tigerair Taiwan's engineering and maintenance team. Calù said that by adopting the platform the airline will reduce manual effort, enhance compliance readiness and have more accurate, reliable asset data. Kuo called the partnership an important step in improving the efficiency and accuracy of the airline's technical records management.
