Evoke Systems brings its mobile training dashboard to iPad and adds trainer tools for qualification tracking

Evoke Systems has released an update to its EFOS training-management platform that brings a dashboard-style training overview, previously only on EFOS Mobile, to the iPad version as well. The new iPad dashboard lets users see what training tasks need attention, browse interactive charts, and jump straight into forms, courses, qualifications or certificates from individual cards, with separate tabs for pending, in-progress and completed items. Organisations can also add their own custom report cards on top of the seven default ones Evoke ships. A second change moves qualification reporting, until now limited to the desktop EFOS Web platform, onto iPad for trainers, letting them check current and upcoming qualification status and filter by role or status while away from a desk. The update also expands EFOS's form-building tools, adding standalone forms, calculated fields, fields that update automatically, and conditional visibility based on how earlier questions were answered. Evoke frames the release as part of a push toward a single, consistent design across EFOS's web, mobile and iPad versions rather than three separately evolving interfaces.
