TUI narrowed its fiscal 2026 underlying EBIT guidance to €1.2-1.3 billion, from an April range of €1.1-1.4 billion, leaving the figure below the €1.41 billion reported for 2025. Bookings are behind last year: summer 2026 in the Markets + Airline segment is down 5% and winter is down 7%, although the gap over the last four weeks narrowed to just 1%. The outlook assumes no further escalation in the Middle East and steady fuel supply. Revenue guidance remains suspended until conditions stabilise. Average selling prices are holding steady, and the Experiences segment, covering hotels, cruises and activities, opened fiscal 2027 strongly with higher rates and an expanded portfolio.

The travel group now expects underlying EBIT of €1.2-1.3 billion for fiscal 2026, below last year's €1.41 billion. Summer bookings in its markets and airline segment are down 5%.
